Refund and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Hygiene and safety

Because our products are intimate-health items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons. This protects every customer and is standard for this category.

Unopened items

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Please email support@meadowbalance.com to start a return.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a refund, no return needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
